Booking Conditions

We’re open 7 days a week Lunch & Dinner. Smart casual dress code.


Reservations are available from 11:00am until 2:45pm & 5:00pm until late, with a maximum of 1.5 hours for groups of up to 4 people, and 2 hours seating time for groups of 4 or more people.

5pm Booking Rule - We offer Squeeze Me In tables at 5:00pm for the maximum duration of an hour from 5:00pm-6:00pm. Please note all bookings at 5:00pm are subject to Squeeze Me In duration of 1 hour, however, should you wish to dine for a standard seating, please call the restaurant to extend your booking time if available.


All parties of 10 or more guests are required to dine on our banquet menu.


Should your reservation comprise of 10 or more guests at the time of booking, you as the organiser, agree to the above condition by partaking on our banquet menu – regardless of any alterations to final guest numbers prior to, or on the day of, your patronage to Ping Pong.


If any member of the group presents any dietary requirements that render them unable to participate in the banquet menu, these specific guests are permitted to order from the a-la-carte menu on the day – the remainder of the group will still be required to partake in the banquet, regardless of final guest numbers.


Credit card details are required at time of booking. The credit card will be pre-authorised, and no amount will be deducted from it at the time of booking (Refer to our Cancellations Policy)


Kindly note, all bookings between 6:30pm – 8:30pm will only be one bill per table to respect diners coming and going for a seamless experience.


If your preferred date & time is not available in the booking system, it means a standard duration time is not available. You can try and call us or walk in for a table.

We welcome all dietary requirements and try our best to accommodate for those. Should you have any specific concerns, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. For no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time, you will be incur a booking fee of $20 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file. Please note, we do not accept cancellations within 24hrs to any illness inc covid. Please contact us to make changes to your existing booking.
